On the OTCBB, its about perception, momentum, and hype not about reality.

Those who recently bought (or were given shares) at $.015 are now looking at a 5-6 bagger.

Those who bought in on the hype when the pre-RS price was in the $.04 to $.10 range ( $1.00 - $2.50 post RS) are still way behind.
