I will copy/paste the PR from 07/31 here but it is also a sticky post a the top of the board message list:

"today is the LAST day for shareholders of record to receive the 5 for 1 forward split; in order to receive the dividend you MUST be a shareholder of record on the close of today."

If you bought MON/TUE, 08/3 or 08/4 you also got the split (according to about 100+ posters. Not me cause I cannot verify it).

The PR therefore was WRONG. It mislead investors.

Heh, funny thing is, I did not BOLD type "MUST" in the PR. AMNE did that.
