JP I'm failing to understand the logic. We need to help YA? I'd say that's precisely what many here have been doing and look at where it has gotten us.

Bottom line is: YA Global doesn't have confidence in Neom. If they did, they wouldn't dilute and or at the very least "they" would be making a big fuss over Neom's BOD lack of production. Heads would roll!!!

Logic tells us YA stands to gain more by allowing the pps to rise. Logic also tells me YA Global knows more about Neom's prospects then us. Put the two together and it is very telling IMO

BTW - YA Global does have smart people and they are doing exactly what they are paid to do - Make their stakeholders MONEY! YA's first responsibility is to their investors - NOT US!
