I've been really impressed on how consistantly I've had movies coming in.

That's #1 in customer satisfaction (to me at least and I would think most other savvy consumers). I paid for my GZ sub because it was (and still is) the best deal on the net. I don't use their site much at all to browse for titles. There are plenty of other better (and free) sites to do that on. I don't mind going off-site to browse because I'm getting a good deal.
