On Tuesday, April 21, 2009 Jim Booth sent the following mail:

....: yes, I have left the Company and wish I could provide more information. The company was working on a deal when I left and not sure of the status at this time as I have been out of touch for a few weeks now. I am not at liberty to say what was being worked on as I do not represent the Company any longer and can’t speak on their behalf. I hope you understand my situation..
