they r updating now and will have it on pinksheets before the end of august. call the company, i am not trying to convince you of anything, do not get me wrong. it is simple, they have 500 mill in float, it traded that, so any investors for a 504 etc. would be out or just about out. which means it doesn't have the pressure and in addition the money was raised. so now is the Time...imo
