On a positive note, perhaps the patent issue is more of a possibility than I personally believed, and maybe not that far off if the financiers are willing to lend based upon that.
However, that is offset by the fact that Dean is giving away half the proceeds of any patent actions before we even see it (after he and his employees get paid, of course), and for not a lot of money up front. And remember, the attorneys get their cut first. As usual, we shareholders get crumbs, but such is life in OVOE land. Hopefully any patent settlement will be large enough to let us share in some of the rewards, at least PPS wise.
