Accumulation, are you sure, why should someone spend more money for a share when he can get them currently in usa more cheap? Well of course you might be right but in case someone is going to collect shares i would suggest to them to buy them on the us markets, in my point of view he would get them more cheap, but ok who knows whats up at backround.
