Good to know Flick man ! Well - not worth looking at this again ever based on the last few posts.

Bottom line is that there is a wonderful opportunity provided for convicted felon's, dishonest low life's and in fact anyone who just would like to start a scam...

Just go ahead and do it and there is nothing the SEC will do to prevent it.
