When a stock hits support in the big boards, the test can last for a week or longer with choppy sideways trading. In the pink sheets, I would only give it at most 4 days to bounce or I would begin to think the support is not going to hold.
I use a few indicators for this scenario:
1. Full STO (7,3): If it ticks up off the 0 line, usually is a bullish sign.
2. Money Flow: Check to see if money has been steadily pouring in since hitting the support, if so, its looking good for the bulls.
3. RSI: Look for the RSI's to begin to tick up over the 30 line.
