LC-GATOR...it is interesting that no one has responded to your post. You said:

"I didn't know that Eternal Image wasn't selling the Vatican line any more. Not listed on their product page. I knew they didn't renew their License, but I didn't know it was totally gone."

Superbee...it speaks volumes that you so easily accepted this as fact by posting in another post "With contracts with the MLB, CLC, PM, ST, AKC, CFA??" post: 169610

Why would the company not update us on the loss of this VERY important licensing agreement? We were told that they were still in negotiations to renew the license...but for them to take it off their website without any explanation is VERY concerning. Their update today mentioned a new license by year end...but failed to mention the possibility of any renewals.

Potential market: (In my opinion)

Star Trek: only the family of a diehard "trekkie" would consider
MLB: only families of diehard fans would consider; isn't football America's past time now?
CFA & AKA: really? in this economy?
Precious Moments: if there's a casket or urn in the showroom...it's SOLD! Brilliant license agreement
Collegiate: graduates of colleges are life long alumni. If there's a casket or urn in the showroom, the option to buy will be heavily considered by the family.
Vatican: Catholicism is the largest religion. Funerals are traditionally religious in nature, therefore, this WAS a brilliant license agreement.

I, for one, hope that they are still in negotiations and that removing it from their website is a courtesy during those negotiations.

If you check out my other posts, you will see that I've been invested in ETIM/ETNL for awhile now. I have sat back and waited patiently for this company to do its thing. I have not gotten involved in the daily, weekly, and monthly stock price debates.

LC-GATOR...thank you for this information, as it is VERY concerning.
