Nobody has assurance that something big is going to happen. This would be insider information and is prohibited by law. The fact is that ACTC is in trouble. Many people dumped shares today because hope is running out. If the bond holders and debt holders collectively know that something great is expected then there would be no pressure to liquidate or to dilute shares to cover debts. Anyway, I got out of this market at .23 and have recommended this stock to others. I will be watching this stock, but will not re-enter until the company turns around.
