Well, Cash, I've posted a challenge to Mr. Furth 3 times now, twice here in iHub and once on Yahoo, but have yet to receive an answer. It reads as follows:

So let's make the proof evident and the presumption great and hold Mr. Furth to his own words. The Signature Fund filed an 13G on November 13, 2008 showing 41 million shares. By his own admission he and his "group" own/control over 300 million shares. There's been no subsequent 8Ks filed or amendments for the remaining 259 million. I will never go so far as to claim that he and/or his "group" are/are not manipulating SPNG stock without hard evidence. As posted on another board by Alfie (D. Furth):
2. "I made a public filing of holdings. If I had sold all or most of the shares I would have been obligated to alter it. I have not and therefore the record stands. If you have proof that my public filing is inaccurate then publish such proof. Otherwise you are merely a liar like this cow quack."
3. "My group holds over 300mm shares of SPNG stock. Again, if someone can prove otherwise then by all means show your proof. Otherwise you are liars like this cow quack."
"These people deal in inneuendo, rumor and deceit. Just ask them for proof - DEMAND it from them and you will see that they cannot perform. My holdings are a matter of public record."
So if Mr. Furth really wants everyone to believe him, then let's take his words and require "him" to produce the "proof" that he demands from others who post regarding his holdings.
How about Mr. Furth signing a Sworn Affidavit stating that as for the remaining 259 million shares that are not contained within the November 13, 2008 13G or any others that have not been reported, I, Douglas Furth, speaking for myself and on behalf of my "group", hereby attest that at no time have these 259 million shares or any others been used for trading of any kind or nature but have remained static in the "groups" account.
Mr. Furth likes the proof argument, so how about stepping up to the plate, eh Doug?
Again, I do not nor will I state one way or the other what role you or your "group" have played in the SP machination, simply asking you to supply the same proof that you demand from others.
