American Green Group, Inc. (AMNE)

I am holding and expect to be going long on AMNE, basically I trust their intentions if not their acumen. Two questions tho-

1. This Alderman deal- from what I have read, Mr. Alderman seems to be a brilliant inventor. Does this alliance suggest that AMNE is building a product line of other products consistent with Infinite-R or maybe other construction/green building design improvements, or is there something else happening?

2. Should the price of this stock hold low over the close today, nobody seems to be sure what it's opening price tomorrow will be based on. Wouldn't a PR or shareholder notice on their website clarifying this have been prudent at some point?
