The weather channel has ceased painting their Cone of Probability on any part of Florida except the panhandle. I think the computer models have been breaking down for the past 24 hours, have they not?

Also, watch the movement of Ivan on any of the links we have posted in here, it is having trouble breaking the 20 degree latitude line, almost like resistance on a chart, which shows it is closer to tracking due west than making any turn towards Tampa.
