The difference here is that the Phone Company does NOT engage in any decision making or enforcement of the rules of usage – IHub does daily and so does Matt. IHub takes an active role and is culpable for the results and acts. IMO


IMO you might have a case if you could prove that Matt or any other employee of ADVFN unfairly manipulated posts to allow only positive posts and not negative posts.

I don't believe that to be the case.
