I think the board has a real good opinion of you. I would love to respond to your post, but I am having a hard time figuring out what it is you are saying.

The only thing I will say is that this is Not Your Company, it is a publicly traded company, which you have loaned money to in exchange for a small portion of public shares as collateral. You, as well as I and anyone else holding shares are merely lien holders.

#1. I have spoken to BW a few times via email and I honestly think he is trying, but he is going to have to become more transparent. Good or bad, being honest with shareholders and allowing us to see the numbers goes a long way. It is like the carfax commercials, just show me the carfax.

#2. I think it is time to drop the "Carne is causing all of this" routine, it is getting old. Anytime something goes amiss, then it is "Carne's is doing this." That one trick pony show is over and now this is on BW's shoulders. Is he going to stand up or will his knees buckle?

#3. If there is really some manipulation by outside forces, then the company and BW need to publicly address it. Altering the share structure did not help.

#4. I think BW needs to understand that this is Bebida and not potencia or a race track. He needs to either bring potencia into the fold or stop mentioning it with regards to Bebida and Piranha. Sponsoring race cars and advertising is just pissing money away, if people cannot buy the product. Lesson number one, no product equals no sales.
