FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News), a next generation rubber recycling solutions company, announces market update.

Magnum's Magog facility recently completed installing a fiber removal system capable of removing up to 97% of the contaminants from our rubber nugget products. Photos are at http://magnumresources.net/gallery/?level=album&id=2&plog_page=4. "We believe that by minor modifications Magnum will be able to remove roughly 99% in the near term," stated Larry Hogan, Magnum's Corporate Sr. Project Manager. Magnum has recently sent the recently modified rubber product samples to National Sales and Supply (Majestic Mulch) for approval: http://www.nsalessupply.com/.

During recent meetings, CEO of Magnum D'Or Resources, Joseph Glusic, and CEO of Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd (SRI), Gopi Sekhar, discussed several options for disbursing information regarding newly developed and recently performed material endurance and wear studies:

"Over the course of the last few months we have been working on developing a number of Magnum SRI custom compounds to be used in several challenging and commercially important applications. Our efforts have been targeted at applications ranging from general molded and extruded rubber goods through more demanding applications, such as premium retread and medium specification automotive components.

"We have also put a great deal of effort in producing a Magnum/SRI custom compound to be used as a substantive component in light truck tire manufacture. We believe that this is an incredible milestone, since we can now activate crumb rubber produced at Magog and then process it into a custom compound that can be used as a substantial substitution component in the manufacture of OEM light truck tires without compromise in properties. That it has never been accomplished at these levels before and some of the challenges in achieving it are substantial. We believe this validates our highest hopes and lofty goals.

"The test results at each level of our research and development thus far have been more than promising and it is our belief that no really significant innovation comes out of having reasonable goals and expectations. The work has been and will likely continue to be complex and substantial, but every step we take towards reaching the point where a Magnum/SRI compound can be used in the production of an OEM light truck tire will bare tangible rewards and put the project on the map technologically and commercially.

"These types of results are exactly what we feel can shock the market and make our shareholders proud to be involved with such a next generation recycling company. This is why we have stated, 'The Company has been developing something that we anticipate will take the "Entire Rubber Market by Surprise."'"
About: Magnum's 98,000+ sq ft facility is located in Magog (Quebec). Magnum currently holds over $130 Million USD in open contracts for the production of rubber nuggets and rubber buffing. Magnum's proprietary "GREEN" technology provides a one-of-a-kind solution to all of the challenges in eliminating stockpiles of scrap tires and rubber scrap.

Magnum/SRI are currently using their advanced technologies to produce next generation rubber recycling solutions for custom compounds, retread compounds, processing aids, advanced state-of-the-art equipment, and reactivated ambient/cryogenic rubber powders for the global market. Magnum/SRI tests are targeting premium applications that contain high grade properties. This will allow production of higher yielding compounds which will potentially create higher revenues and profits. This also includes maximizing cost savings for clients while producing high quality materials.

The reason why Magnum/SRI premium compounds are one-of-a-kind is because they can be substituted in high specification compound applications without appreciable loss in properties or performance. Furthermore, the reason why our clients will prefer to use Magnum/SRI compounds is because they will be able to enjoy a substantial and meaningful reduction in raw material cost without compromising product performance and quality. In the competitive environment of rubber product manufacturing this is a rare and major development, having a direct impact on our customer's bottom line.
