gambling is ok, when i know than i am gambling.

misleading shareholders is fraud, no matter what it is, pinksheets,nyse,etc.

i am with u nicehit. pink sheets are traded publicly. people are getting money to finance their business.
who ever finances a business deserves some respect.

in 2005 (spooz) there was a complete other point of view (management incluced)about the future of the company.
i am not talking about projections but real statements and achieved targets such as a bloomberg deal.

the longs have other reasons being upset. it has nothing to do just having lost the money.
crooks deserve to be locked up no matter what kind of business they are running.
