So where do you guys think this naked short selling occurs? Even the Canadian brokerage firms won't let you short without borrowing now.

On the March short selling, my guess is mostly institutions who knew there was new share issuance on the horizon. Last months? Don't have an answer for you unless there's more new share issuance this month, Nate.

PCU and FCX are up again this morning. That puts PCU at up 56% since the end of March and FCX at up close to 80%. Copper prices bottomed in March. CPRK isn't participating in the rally because of dilutive share issuance and no significant revenues yet. Hopefully someone has a heart to heart discussion with Dotson and Young one of these days about not giving investors false hope too early which is what they did in March of 2009.
