IMO, it will be hard for Ben to give a drop-dead date since the uplisting is totally dependent upon a MM agreeing to list the stock on the BB. Once Ben finds and MM to do that, it will be a quick turnaround. As I, and others have said earlier, if RealTime and the acquisitions are winners, the MMs will have no choice but to list this.

I have been in touch with Ben several times last week via phone and email and I also forwarded him some of the posts from members of this board. He is fully aware that the boardmembers are in agreement that the uplisting is a critical component.

Note too from the CC pr, his legal council will be attending of the CC. This is a smart move which shows he is anticipating questions about the lawsuits. Ben is, IMO, doing his best to get this ship on a true and steady course - you can't turn an aircraft carrier on a dime.
