Time to Buy the Sell recos <GG>
In Las Vegas that was exactly what Larry Williams was preaching. When there are a Lot of upgrades and Buy recos then you should be Selling as that is when the stock is at it's Highs. A Lot of downgrades and Sell recos then that is when you should be Buying as the stock is at it's Lows. We will have to see how that plays out with this latest round of downgrades Eh?
