Licensing is the answer.

For example, if NTRZ were to license it's stage 1 and stabilized RBO in the USA, the companies licensing are in a MUCH BETTER position to sell 10, 20 or 30 times more product than NTRZ could. The reasons are,

1. The companies have a sales network already in place with more customers than NTRZ has by far.
2. The companies have a good reputation, NTRZ is basically unknown.
3. The companies don't have the bad stigma Brad Edson has cast on NTRZ.

I believe licensing has something to do with the plant closings in Louisiana. I doubt that the mills wanted another rice miler doing stabilization on their property. The next 30 days or so will be very interesting.
