Example of the reason YA Global converts and kind of Money they make in doing so.

YA converted on 2/19/2009 156 series C into 120,000,000 shares
@ a pps of .0013 - The outstanding shares @ the time was EOY 08' 1,371,904,960 + 70,000,000 (converted/diluted amount between EOY 08' and 02/19/2009) Total 1,441,904,960 OS on 02/19/2009 - Now 120,000,000 converted equals (8.32%) I'd say that was over 4.99%

They converted more on 03/04/09 - 91 series C into 70,000,000 which was 4.66% of OS

So they picked up 120,000,000 @ a pps of .0013 and presumably sold those off before acquiring the next batch on 03/04/09 13 days later. Which meant they sold those 120,000,000 between 02/19-03/04 when the pps avg. was around .0062 LET'S DO THE MATH.

Convert $156,000.00 into 120,000,000 shares avg pps .0013
Sell 120,000,000 shares avg pps .0062

120,000,000 times .0062 = $744,000.00

So YA made ($744,000.00 - $156,000.00) = $588,000.00 IN 13 DAYS! What's that a 476% return.
