That is kind of one of things we are waiting to see change. On 6-29-09 he filed to become Acceptance of Registered Agent so we are hoping the default status changes soon. I don't have any idea how long it takes to change that. I think they mail you something and you mail it back.

Read the stickies at the top it explains most of this. Then you just have to decide if its worth jumping into. For me a the chance of getting into a stock at .000 range to cash out at .10 is worth it.
