as i illustrated in another posting, perhaps regulator's
million dollar loan to dotson, is personal in nature, and not tied via "security interest".
in fact, it could perhaps be tied via a lien/mortgage on some personal property dotson has... house, property, or other. or, perhaps not tied at all, and done without any type of collateral.
maybe this gentleman, and his associates were bamboozled into lending this large sum to dotson, under the pretense that it be used in the cprk business function.
maybe they subsequently learned that perhaps it wasnt, thus their anger, and amazement, at dotsons proffering of excuses as to why he wont pay it back.
we need a bit more info here, regulator. can you share?
