Weekend Report on SYNJ

Highlights of Todays PR

Today's PR had lots of main points hidden in between redundant words.

Some of the main points are:

1.The Company reports that the launch of the South Carolina 75,000 square foot Bio-Diesel facility is the first phase of a 3 phased commitment which includes wind and solar.

>>>Pinnacle/SRE are working towards three different types Renewable Energy: Wind, Solar and Bio-Diesel. Diversity in this filed is really good.

2.The Officers, Directors, and Advisory Board of SRE S.C. Inc., include: McCutcheon Marshall Jr. as the President and Chairman of the Board, Brian Sorrentino as the CEO, Mark Solomon as the Executive Vice President, Howard Siegel as the Secretary, and Mrutyunjaya Chittavajhulas as the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. The Advisory Board includes: Member Perichyappan Senthilnathan, Member Kabir Ratnani and Member Nicholas Ng.

>>> Indeed a great team. Check out dd done earlier on the above mentioned personalities.

3.As a point of legal disclosure SRE S.C. is in a contractual relationship and/or shares advisory board members with Methes Energies Canada Inc and Sun Si Inc., a TCS production and shipping Corporation located in Zibo, China and is engaged in the solar power energy industry.

>>>>As far as Methes is concerned, as per last PR Pinnacle/SRE do have a contractual agreement between them and at the same time they do share some advisory members (Nicholas Ng, Kebir Ratnani,Perichiyappan Senthilnathan)

>>> As far as SunSi, Inc is concerned, SRE/Pinnacle do share a advisory board member and that is Mr. Kebir Ratnani and its very likely they also have a conractual agreement SunSi, Inc since they are involved with Solar too.

4.Over the last 4 months we have engaged in supply contracts, 'Cost Plus' off take agreements for 90% of our bio-diesel production with private, government and military agencies, warehouse and land purchases, local trucking and transportation, local S.C. live and dry farming industry, and most importantly the grant study requirement relationships with major South Carolina collagen institutions, all of which, for strategic purposes.

>>> "The University of South Carolina has been selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to house a research center that is expected to bring $12.5 million in federal funding, the largest award in the university’s history, to a team of internationally recognized energy researchers in the College of Engineering and Computing."

>>>Univesity of South Carolina is way ahead when it comes to research in renewable energy is concerned and I am pretty sure that its through them, Pinnacle/SRE are having grant study requirement relationships. Thats indeed a very break for these two companies.

5.It seems T Boone has a bunch of wind turbines with no homes and his garage is too small to store them. As the Appointed Co-Representatives of Maryland's 6th District of the Pickens Energy Project.

>>> Rumors are that SRE/Pinnacle already have a site for their wind farm so its very likely that they might use some of Pickens Wind Turbines.

Conversation with Brian - 07/31/2009
1. It looks like the company was releasing one PR per month because the developments associated with SRE/Pinnacle were in really early stages in last four months and there were limited and restricted news.

2. It seems that the company is now more comfortable in letting shareholders know as what is going on with the company. They are planning to communicate more frequently. It seems there are lost of things on Brian's plate that he wants to spill. The company is about to change its tune...........

3. From most recent PR, its really transparent as to how diverse SRE/Pinnacle are and companies future looks really bright.

4. As far as financing is concerned, Bio-Diesel looks really great.

5. Grant application through financial institution requires lot of time and precise planning and SRE/Pinnacle have managed to file an application..............

So future looks really bright here.............imo
