I saw that you're acquiring more of this after the filings this week.

I was a little discouraged to see such a large dillution planned for $0.01/share. That and the ProGreen Properties, Inc. name got me wondering what the company's plans might be. I would think they would want to raise capital at higher rates to control dillution, but since EIG is the financer....I can't help but think that this dillution is just to water down the current shareholders equity.....and provide a little bit of capital to get things rolling....with whatever ProGreen Properties, Inc. intends to do with their properties.

I'm just a bit unclear why they didn't try to maintain a smaller share structure.
