wrong..."dollar stocks" do not always jump on a PR of new orders/sales. Not saying never, but many times a stock will go down on good news and recover the next day. I have been playing with stocks for 12 years. I might know a couple things. Investors are funny and although there isn't data to back what i said up you can take that rule of thumb to the bank which I do often.
