Your emotional response gets in the way of your understanding of the technical issues of this startup, as usual.
You are right, Dave Jensen, would probably not work for you, because he is a professional that has a proven track record of getting results working through complex mechanical and chemical problems....probably something you don't have the expertise to understand. Because of that lack of capability of understanding on your part of the technical aspects of this type of operation, Dave probably wouldn't want to come to work for you.
But because of Dave's proven capabilities, he is on the job, getting paid by Mark, because Mark does understand the technical difficulties that Dave is facing. And this is precisely why CPRK will be successful. We have these two competent men in the positions they are in getting the job done, rather than whining about the problems that some others don't seem to understand.
