IJJ Corp (IJJP)

This may be a stupid question, but I will ask anyway.
I notice that in the morning before pre-market trading opens, the ask on this yesterday was $2 and today was $3. When 8:00 hits it goes right back to 0.08 or 0.07 or whatever.
Just wondering if there is any significance to this...or does it mean absolutley nothing. I see this on other stocks as well, this just seemed very extreme.
