Manipulation at it's worst. I've had a buy order in since yesterday at .0017. Bid is .0016, ask is .0017. They won't fill. Does it mean that MM's want to accumulate themselves, or do they want to run the pps down even further? I guess they want everyone to drop their bid. IMO .eom.
