I begin watching NIR a few months ago. I don't think that NIR
has ever lost as plaintiff and it hasn't been proved in court that they work against the companies they fund, e.g. by shorting stocks.
It looks like the Tucci suit led to the Palmetto/Mizel suit
and that has led to the SEC/FBI probe. That's a whole 'nother story then the above as it is about redemptions and assets.
Regardless of the outcome and if he survives, I will bet that
his MO changes.
However with the Feds invovled along with the bad press, can you imagine anyone investing $100K in NIR right now?
