Relent;"Not"being on the list is a"good" thing...'shorts' are share sales that aren't covered (delivered as of a given date , by middlemen, per requirements) ---borderline dishonest / sort of like selling something you don't own or doesn't exist... at least thats the way I understand it anyway.
