This time I spoke to someone else in the company who said that the company is going through a difficult time right now. The previous accountant has got all the account papers and he has taken them when he left the Job. Now the company is taking him to court to get these papers back. He also mentioned that the recession had a big impact on the company. So in my opinion I don't think they may post the financials on time or give out a PR. The company smells like a stinky pinky. They are not obliged to give out a PR or file for financials if I am not mistaken. I did my DD you guys can do your DD. IMO. GLTU
