imo, a meaningful discussion of the NIR Group has to include the funded companies. Companies that make these deals with
NIR Group are either ignorant, desparate and/or complicit.
I think that it would be difficult to plead ignorance given the history of NIR.

Is the Palmetto redemption suit forcing Ribotsky/NIR to now take action that perhaps they should have taken years ago?
Is the SEC/FBI probe forcing his hand? Could be.

Of course, very few on the message boards want to hear about their pet company's relationship with Ribotsky/NIR.
