i have to inform you all i just got off the phone again with pinks
out of their d.c. headquarters and prom has not filed as of this time..an electronic device to enable prom i guess to activate a signal in conjunction with the code prom already has was resent out
to prom resources inc on july 16.furthermore it seems no attempt
has been made to contact pinks by prom if another code may be needed to activate this device so i dont have the answers but all
prom has to do is fill out the` 35 pages with maybe receipts or proof and current financials..no lawyer letter is needed!!!imo
