Curious, how many shares are selling at .0002? Where are they getting them from? Do we have some dumbasses, who are selling at .0001 for nothing to MMs who are collecting them for this moment? There was a ton of momentum and volume recently, around July 20th... when Monarch Staffing was awarded their GOV contract. The article also mentioned recent awards with many other contracts. Why didn't we hit .0003 then?
