There is definitely MM manipulation going on here. Yesterday and today have had enormous volume, huge buys...but the ask doesn't move.
It seems obvious the price is being held down for someone or some group of people to get on board at this low price.
I don;'t think this lack of price action is a result of dilution. It would have to be massive dilution to affect the price this much IMO.
