Charlie, some have seen filing Docs including me. If it were false then it could be worse than the actual BK itself. To lie to creditors and shareholders about a BK filing would be jail time for sure. Now if you are suggesting they may get out of the BK before it is a done deal then that is another thing, but it doesn't make it false. That is called a rabbit out of a hat trick, which Paul is more than capable of pulling off. Personally I wouldn't get your hopes up though brother, and perhaps choose your words more wisely. I am learning that the hard way as well. I get hungry for the right words. JTBB has it figured out. Lurk instead.
