Personally I feel it does matter. I want to hold this level. If we were to close at .0009 the bid and ask tomorrow would have been .0008 and .0009. Now it will most likely be .0009 and .0010. Plus with the day I had today that small tick equals 100's of dollars. it was worth the 7 in fee's to close 250.00 higher than if I would have let it close at .0009. This way who knows may be we don't see .0007 this time around. I would like to see higher lows on the overall chart.
