Today's graph looks like an odd EKG strip... over 7M shares traded but the PPS never moved from between .015 and .0155....people are holding their breath (and their shares).

hmm, didn't HANS go from about .50 in 2003 to where it's sitting now at 29.27 with a stop at 67.68 back around the end of 2007?

I'm all for doing that, where do i vote for that strategy?
