1. DCNM came "succesfully" out from BK.
2. "Private Investors" have recapitalized the Co.
3. They will change the structure of the Enterprise to
Take advantage of "opportunites in the Market" ( BS like that).
4. Buying a New Company...( The reverse Merged Co)
