Global Telemedia's Miami's Office visit!
I have made the assumption that is about Global Telemedia as this article was cut from the ADGI RB board, it was written by john7777
Ok, here we go:

Global is located at 444 Brickell St. in miami, adjacent to the Miami river. A great view!!

The office is broken down into 5 diferent rooms, the larger room is where Mitch & Vivian
work out of, computers, etc.

When they build out miami, the entire operation will be located in this office. Right now,
the equipment is located down the street in a building suited for this type of equipment,
with technicians on site. All of globals equipment was stacked in 2 rows, about 7' high.
There are duplicates of most of the equipment for back up purposes. Also, the entire
building has a power back up system in case of hurricanes etc....

You would be surprised at how little area the equipment actually takes up considering
what it is capable of doing. I was expecting these monstrous computers or mainframes,
not the case. Like the computers we use, they are getting more powerful, smaller and
cheaper.

The miami office/equipment will be handling the calls from Latin america. When they have
more of latin america online, miami will be built out just like Mexico was, though maybe
not as large. Mexico, calls are generated into the San Antonio office where the build out
was completed as we all know. Eventually mexico and miami will be linked also, if you
connect the dots to each country, you will see how they are progressing and to where.

The calling cards: There are 2 types of cards, one for personal use and one for business
use called the Platinum card. They will work like any other calling card (with lots of
options)and will work anywhere. There are also, many options for the cards, many of
which are listed on the website, so i wont go into it here. Go read it if you havent. The
cards themselves are sharp looking. They have a black background, orange lettering with
an earth on it. Showing the US and south america on it.....The denominations are from
2.50(?) 5. 10. 15. 25. ....The business cards are "rechargable", so say a business buys
1,000.00 worth of minutes, they can dispurse those minutes amongst other employees
with cards and then when the minutes are gone (hopefully quick) they call in and purchase
more minutes. I can scan the cards and send them to anyone that asks with an email
address other than raging bull.

Calling quality: We made a call to Bogota columbia using a calling card and the Global
Network. The connection was very quick, the call was very clear. Clear as in I could hear
the person speaking clearly, but didn't understand a word she was saying:)....Vivian, who
is tri-lingual did the talking. The system is top notch, they use the best available equipment
from at least 3 diferent manufacturers. They are Clarent, Cisco and dell...for example.
Yes, I saw the equipment.

Why there own network?? Simply put, there is more money per minute to be made on
calls terminated on GTC's own network. Also, for example, if in a given month they have
extra minutes/bandwidth available, they can be sold to other telecoms looking for the
space, all that being shear profit. The big money is on calls terminated on there own
network.

Latin america countries that will be on the network include at least Columbia, venez, brazil
and others. They are targeting areas where there are lots of people, in middle to upper
class areas. There are not alot of phones in the homes and if there are, it is very
expensive to call the US or even long distance within there own country The savings using
GTC will be tremendous, esp for businesses using plenty of minutes.

There customers: I was given no names of the telecoms they are doing business with.
They are bound by confidentiality contracts. Its that simple. Its a fact. All i can say is, they
could not do what they are doing without dealing with major players in this country and
foreign countries. The call would never go through:)

St. Louis, where Mr. Kimble is, has access to both sites to access any and all information
on the system.

I will stop here, if any of you have any questions, you ask, or you can e-mail me at
john7777@aol.com.........I will respond to whom i prefer.

To those of you that consider this hype, i could careless. To those of you that beleive in
the company and what they are doing, hopefully something i said will reinforce that. For
newbies, do your own DD of course, and put the pieces together.

Though i know most of us want news, there is a business plan here, they are following
through with it. When the puzzle is complete, we will be rewarded.

Vivian and mitch have nothing to do with the "business end" or the stock price. Vivians
connections and her knowledge are worth there weight in gold, Mitch is very
intelligent(and from LI, NY) and is on top of everything going on in the office and the field.
both of these people are great, and we are lucky to have them on our side.

john

almost forgot, when we signed on to mitches computer, there was an order to activate
100 $25.00 cards waiting. Once the cards are activated, they are sold!!! They are
activated right from the computer and ready for use by the consumer.

another thing, the rooms where the equipment is set up is called a switch room, to set up
a room like this it is approx 350.00 per sq. ft. . Needs to be static free, etc....
