I interpreted as either party could refuse to let it go a magistrate judge and force a jury trial. They both agreed to let it go to a judge rather than a jury trial. Thats more or less the take out of that. So no jury for this... i would THINK that Solomon would prefer a jury? Perhaps this is quicker/cheaper option for Solomon? who knows...
