Tufan's post in the sticky also suggests that he's misleading callers. I'm surprised it's still a sticky. :)

SMAS status revoked was a glitch in the paperwork on May 6th. It'll be August 6th next week. Most businesses I know of fix glitches right away..they don't sit there pending for months on.

Closing on financing might be done in a month? It's been almost 3 months.
