Looks to me like the Feds want to shutdown the pinksheets all together. So companies on the pink sheets will have 2 options. Uplist or disolve away. Time is short for the crooks of the pinks in my opinion. Is LDSR a scam its hard to say for sure. All we have is some PR's that in reality mean nothing since there is no proof other than the company saying its true. On the other hand if the PR are true and can be substatiated there should be no problem getting in compliance. This is all Just My Honest Opinion
