MILLIONS and MILLIONS of Unregistered Restricted shares , dual listing in france and german bourse , volume that does not seem correct w public OS/AS , Please open ur eyes , IT HAS NOTHING ZERO ZIPPO NADA to do with NSS..... It is straight up premeditated manipulation by restricyed share holders... IMPO of the FACTS as I see them....
