if it were me, i'd buy. in fact i bought 64000 shares today at .039 and feel great about it. even after it dipped during the mid-day hours. there's a number of juicy PRs that could come out any day now, so better to get in before they come out. once a contract is signed, this thing will explode.

i don't see a lot of shares going for less than .035 from here on out.
