if it is restricted or not,is not important, unless you need the money right away<if so you should not be in pinks, youre not qualified> the amount is important and future of company and on going operations. YOU should always assume that a stock dividend is going to be restricted in these types of companies, otherwise we all know what would happen. EVERYBODY would run to sell the company immediatley in the company paying the dividend. That helps no one and would smash the other stock. Also it would hurt this one because of the ownership interest. Come on guys, it is common sense.
